Ensure your cylinder is in test date!
Always ensure that your cylinder is in test to avoid disappointment from being refused by a dive center because it is out of date.

For a Diving Cylinder, you will need it checked;

Visual Inspection - This is done every 2.5 years from date of manufacture or the last test. If this is missed then a hydrostatic test must be done.
Hydrostatic Inspection - This is done every 5 years from the date of manufacture or the last test.
O2 Clean – if you intend to use enriched air in your cylinder it is recommended to have your cylinder O2 cleaned at least annually.

For an Air Gun Cylinder (with a Permanent Gauge fitted to the Cylinder Valve), you will need it checked;
Hydrostatic Inspection - every 5 years

For an Industrial Cylinder, you will need it checked;
Hydrostatic Inspection - every 5 years

For a Paintball Cylinder  (with a Permanent Gauge fitted to the Cylinder Valve), you will need it checked;
Hydrostatic Inspection - every 5 years

Is your cylinder totally empty?
For the safety of our staff, any cylinder which is totally empty and is presented for filling will be subject to an inspection fee. This is so that we can check for corrosion, moisture and any foreign contaminate inside the cylinder. It also allows us to check that the valve is installed in the cylinder correctly as well as checking the threads of both the valve and the cylinder.

Want Nitrox?
We ask that your cylinder is in test and O2 clean. Please note if you are using enriched air for diving, we will require proof of certification; for example a valid Enriched Air (Nitrox) certification card.

How long will I need to wait?

Not long, you can take a seat on our sofas and we will fill while you chill!!

Air Fill:
It only takes us about 5 - 10 minutes! (to fill one cylinder)

Nitrox
It only takes us about 30 minutes plus, depending on the mix required (to fill one cylinder)
Please give us as much time as possible to complete your Nitrox fill, this is so that we can ensure the accuracy of the mix. If you can leave your cylinder with us to fill it and collect it later or the next day, no problem!
